Lessons

Lessons focus on four main areas: snare drum technique, drum set technique, rhythm training and reading, and learning and playing along with songs. Learning to play actual music is the whole point, so one of Rob’s goals is to have each student learn to play along with some of their favorite tracks. To take lessons on an ongoing basis, at a minimum students will need sticks and a practice pad. Sheet music with exercises will be provided for the first few lessons, but after that, the student will need to buy a drum method book or two.
